Job description
- Technician fields all Help Desk inquiries (telephone calls, e-mails)
- Technician creates the initial record of the request
- Technician works with other Network Technicians to resolve inquiry
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
Requirements
- Previous experience in IT Help Desk support
- Previous experience in IT Help Desk support combined with low-voltage cabling a plus
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
Qualified Applicants will have experience with all or most of the below:
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange
- Microsoft Office 365
- Sharepoint Online
- Email Spam Filtering service management /SEIM
- Scripting and scheduling tasks
- Workstation/Server maintenance
- Network Troubleshooting, * Help Desk: 1 year (Required)
