Job description

  • Technician fields all Help Desk inquiries (telephone calls, e-mails)
  • Technician creates the initial record of the request
  • Technician works with other Network Technicians to resolve inquiry
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions

Requirements

  • Previous experience in IT Help Desk support
  • Previous experience in IT Help Desk support combined with low-voltage cabling a plus
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor

Qualified Applicants will have experience with all or most of the below:

  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Sharepoint Online
  • Email Spam Filtering service management /SEIM
  • Scripting and scheduling tasks
  • Workstation/Server maintenance
  • Network Troubleshooting, * Help Desk: 1 year (Required)
