Job description
We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to provide frontline technical support for enterprise infrastructure, end-user devices, and business applications. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent customer service skills, and experience supporting users in a fast-paced enterprise environment., * Analyze, prioritize, resolve, document, and communicate outcomes for incidents and service requests using approved ITSM tools and processes.
- Provide professional end-user support with strong ticket ownership, including clear communication, issue escalation, and follow-through to resolution.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Support audio/visual equipment, conferencing technology, and computing needs for meetings and events.
- Assist with planning, deployment, testing, installation, training, onboarding/offboarding support, and technical documentation.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.
- Support technology lifecycle activities including equipment setup, refreshes, transfers, and retirements.
- Provide technical support for operational equipment, including printer maintenance and basic hardware repairs.
- Track and maintain IT asset inventory, equipment records, spare parts, and stock levels.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance activities with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Support change management initiatives and follow established IT procedures.
- Maintain organized and safe work areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
- Experience with:
- Windows desktop deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
- PC hardware installation, configuration, and repair
- Desktop and peripheral troubleshooting
- Mobile device support (iOS and Android)
- Microsoft Office applications
- Enterprise audio/visual and conferencing systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience working in an ITSM/ticketing environment, including service level adherence and escalation processes.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to identify challenges, communicate effectively, and drive solutions.
- Experience supporting warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution center environments., * CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications, or similar industry certifications.
- Foundational knowledge of networking concepts including WLAN, LAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, and routing.
- Network and endpoint troubleshooting experience.
- Active Directory user administration experience.
- Experience supporting Windows Server environments.
- Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, and other core networking services.
- Experience with endpoint management, security, VPN, or VDI tools.
