Job description
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Web Application Project Manager in Orange, CA., Join a high-visibility enterprise transformation initiative focused on modernizing legacy platforms, customer-facing web applications, and core business systems. This role will lead a critical web application workstream as the organization migrates from legacy technology to a modern SaaS-based environment, partnering closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
What You'll Do:
- Lead delivery of customer-facing web application initiatives and modernization projects
- Own project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and executive-level reporting
- Coordinate across business teams, developers, QA, architects, vendors, and leadership
- Manage risks, issues, action items, and decisions through structured RAID management
- Drive SaaS implementation and platform migration workstreams
- Facilitate status meetings and stakeholder communications
- Track project health, identify schedule variances, and proactively remove roadblocks
- Manage cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment
- Coordinate integration efforts involving APIs and interconnected business systems
- Partner with change management and business teams to support successful adoption and implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of Project Management or Program Management experience
- Experience leading enterprise software delivery initiatives
- Experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners
- Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies
- Expertise with Microsoft Project, Visio, and related PM tools
- Strong project planning, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong risk, issue, dependency, and executive reporting experience
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, * PMP Certification
- Experience leading customer-facing web application or portal projects
- SaaS implementation, migration, or platform modernization experience
- Experience working with API integrations and complex system dependencies
- Experience supporting environments with multiple user roles, permissions, and workflow paths
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments
- Healthcare, health plan, insurance, benefits administration, or financial services experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
