Requirements
We are looking for a GECX Developer with 4-8+ years of experience in building AI-powered customer service solutions using Google Contact Center AI (CCAI/GECX) and Dialogflow CX., * Experience with Google CCAI (GECX)
- Strong knowledge of Dialogflow CX for creating conversational chatbots and voice bots
- Experience integrating chatbots with contact center applications and backend APIs
- Good understanding of conversational AI, intents, entities, flows, and webhooks
- Experience with REST APIs and cloud platforms (Google Cloud is preferred)
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, or Java/Python is a plus
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) experience
- Contact center domain experience
- Knowledge of telephony integrations (Genesys, Cisco, etc.)
