Job description

  • Support the Data Management Team in ingesting, cleaning, transforming, and processing clinical data from multiple healthcare systems.
  • Design conceptual and logical data models to establish and maintain a comprehensive clinical data domain.
  • Identify and map common data elements across multiple disparate clinical source systems.
  • Design and implement scalable data integration strategies to merge data into a unified longitudinal clinical data model.
  • Coordinate data extracts, exports, and data movement activities with source system owners and stakeholders.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain data cleansing, validation, and transformation processes to ensure high-quality data.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy throughout the data lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with business, clinical, and technical teams to define data requirements and support reporting and analytics initiatives.
  • Document data models, integration processes, and data governance standards.
  • Troubleshoot data quality issues and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture.
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Processing, ETL, or data integration.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Oracle Health (formerly Cerner).
  • Strong experience designing logical and conceptual data models.
  • Experience integrating data from multiple healthcare or clinical source systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills., * 2+ years of experience with Google BigQuery.
  • 5+ years of experience with Python for data processing and automation.
  • 2+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) or Google Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Experience working with healthcare data standards and clinical data warehouses.
  • Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices.
