8+ years of overall software development experience. 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong experience implementing enterprise Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. Experience supporting production environments and enterprise application deployments. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Required Technical Skills
