- Gather business requirements, author user stories, and facilitate workshops with field sales and trade marketing stakeholders.
- Define and validate territory management, account segmentation, and visit frequency models.
- Lead functional design documentation, UAT planning, and defect triage activities.
- Configure Consumer Goods Cloud capabilities including Visit Plans, Action Plans, Task Templates, Surveys, and Assessment Tasks.

Requirements
Our client, a global consulting and technology services organization, is seeking a Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Functional Lead to join their team. As a Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Functional Lead, you will be part of the Salesforce Consulting Practice supporting field sales, trade marketing, and retail execution teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, stakeholder management expertise, and analytical problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization., * 6+ years of Salesforce functional delivery experience, including 2+ years working with Consumer Goods Cloud.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant certifications.
- Strong understanding of CPG retail execution processes including route-to-market, perfect store, KPI scoring, planogram compliance, and merchandising.
- Experience leading at least one end-to-end Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution deployment.
- Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
