Job description

In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning related to Agile delivery and product ownership. This role combines Technical Product Owner responsibilities with Agile delivery practices, serving as a bridge between engineering teams, product stakeholders, and end users. The ideal candidate will drive documentation strategy, backlog management, Agile planning, and stakeholder collaboration while ensuring technical products and platforms are well-documented, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain documentation strategy across assigned product areas
  • Create and maintain user guides, job aids, FAQs, knowledge articles, and technical documentation
  • Develop and manage API documentation and developer-facing content
  • Manage documentation repositories within Confluence and SharePoint
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, PI planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Create and manage user stories, tasks, and documentation work items in Jira
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Application Managers, Engineers, Developers, and Program Managers
  • Gather and document requirements while ensuring technical accuracy and business alignment
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and advocate for usability and end-user experience
  • Ensure consistency, governance, and scalability of documentation assets
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting delivery timelines

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Product Owner experience in Agile/Scrum environments

  • Experience with technical documentation, API documentation, and developer-facing content

  • Strong experience using Jira, Confluence, backlog management, and Agile delivery methodologiesPlusses:

  • Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech experience

  • Experience supporting engineering platforms or developer tools

  • Certifications such as CSPO, Scrum Master, PMP, or SDLC-related certifications
