Requirements

A minimum of 5 years' experience in IT, including a minimum of 2 years in API development and integrations, using leading methodologies and processes.

2+ years of experience providing production support to critical enterprise systems.

Strong experience on troubleshooting issues, identifying root cause, and providing resolution in a quick manner to minimize any loss of data or functionality in production.

2+ years' experience with Splunk/Mulesoft Anypoint monitoring/Dynatrace or similar logging and monitoring tools.
-
2+ years' experience with ServiceNow or other incident management tool, and knowledge on incident and change management processes.

2+ years' experience working with the MuleSoft platform as a Developer.

Hands on experience in MuleSoft features like DataWeave, API designer and various Connectors to ensure robust and loosely coupled integration layer.

Good experience in using Mulesoft features like Filters, Flow Control, Collection Splitters, Aggregators, Scatter-Gather etc.

Experience with designing API proxies and REST APIs using API Management platform, and knowledge on all Mulesoft API Manager policies.

Excellent communication skills required to communicate issues and resolution to all stakeholders effectively.

Ability to work independently and work in a team in a collaborative fashion.

Experience with a wide variety of continuous integration and source control tools.

Knowledge of API security including OIDC and OAuth2.0 concept

Understand the fundamentals of DevSecOps CI/CD pipeline.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership.
Other:

MuleSoft Certifications is a plus.

Experience with HL7 and FHIR highly preferred.

Healthcare domain experience, Enterprise, Legacy application integration experience is a plus.

Experience with API/microservices development using Java/Spring boot is desirable.
