Job description
Seeking a GenAI Engineer to support large-scale Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Health, and Engineering Productivity initiatives. The candidate will leverage Generative AI technologies, automation frameworks, and cloud-native tooling to improve operational efficiency, incident reduction, observability, code quality, and developer productivity across enterprise platforms. The role requires close collaboration with SRE teams, platform engineering teams, application development teams, and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and implement AI-driven solutions., GenAI & Automation Implement AI-assisted solutions using Devin AI, GitHub Copilot, LLMs, and AI agents. Develop automation workflows for operational tasks, platform health assessments, and engineering productivity initiatives. Build AI-powered capabilities for: Code remediation Test case generation Knowledge management Root cause analysis support Runbook generation Operational documentation SRE & Platform Reliability Support reliability improvements through automation and AI-driven insights. Analyze incidents, alerts, and operational trends to identify improvement opportunities. Assist in reducing MTTR through intelligent troubleshooting and automation. Partner with SRE teams to improve service health, availability, and resilience. Observability & Monitoring Enable monitoring and observability solutions across distributed systems. Develop AI-assisted analysis for logs, metrics, traces, and platform telemetry. Create dashboards and reporting mechanisms for platform health metrics. Engineering Productivity Drive adoption of AI tools across development and operational teams. Measure and track productivity gains, automation coverage, and quality improvements. Support code modernization, technical debt reduction, and platform transformation initiatives. Data & Analytics Develop Python-based analytics and automation solutions. Analyze operational datasets to identify trends and optimization opportunities. Generate executive-level reports and insights from platform health data. Stakeholder Collaboration Work with Platform Engineering, SRE, Application Teams, Architects, and Leadership. Participate in planning, solution design, POCs, and AI capability assessments. Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to stakeholders.

Technical Skills Python development and automation scripting Generative AI concepts and LLM integrations GitHub Copilot, Devin AI, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI ecosystem REST APIs and automation frameworks Git, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions Linux/Unix administration Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) Terraform and Infrastructure as Code Monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic SRE Knowledge Incident Management Problem Management Service Reliability Availability Management Operational Excellence Observability Principles Production Support Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications and platforms. Experience implementing AI-powered engineering solutions. Knowledge of Kubernetes, container platforms, and cloud-native architecture. Understanding of software development lifecycles and DevOps practices. Experience working with large-scale platform health or modernization programs. Experience Senior Engineer: 6 to 10 years Experience in SRE, Platform Engineering, DevOps, Automation, or GenAI solutions preferred.
