Job Title: Sr Software Engineer/ Technical SW Project Manager - Medical Device

As a Senior Software Engineer (Project Engineer - Mobile) in the Medical Device industry, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing technology and architectural strategies related to mobile software development. You will lead the execution of mobile software release pipelines, collaborate with various teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality mobile software that impacts people''s lives globally., * Own end-to-end delivery of assigned mobile software releases

• Translate product features and requirements into structured backlogs and user stories
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning
• Approve completed work using technical judgment
• Evaluate approaches, challenge assumptions, and ensure architectural alignment
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure scope clarity and alignment with product intent
• Identify risks, dependencies, and drive mitigation plans
• Track delivery metrics and drive execution discipline
• Communicate status, risks, and dependencies to leadership
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and software lifecycle processes
• Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• 8-10 years of managing delivery of advanced applications for mobile platforms
• Hands-on experience in mobile software development
• Android development experience (Kotlin or Java)
• Experience with Agile/Sprint-based development environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
• Ability to work at both technical detail and release-level view
• Attention to detail and ability to deal with ambiguity, * Understanding of Continuous Integration environments
• Experience with iOS platforms
• Experience with configuration management tools (GIT, SVN, etc.)
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize while managing multiple projects
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

Technical Skills:

• 2 years of experience in Software writing with Java, Python, C
• Agile Metrics and Agile Product Owner experience
• Hands-on experience in mobile software development
• Experience creating and managing backlogs, tracking execution, and driving delivery
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Preferred Skills:

• DevOps tools like GitHub, GitLab
• Experience with Kotlin and Kotlin Multiplatform (KMM)
• PTC Codebeamer knowledge
