Support engineering development projects as a Systems Test Engineer.
Design, develop, and execute hardware, software, and system tests.
Responsibilities include test planning, test case development, test execution, defect management, and reporting.
Manage full life cycle development, integration and test, requirements analysis, and architecture design.
Utilize tools such as DOORS, JIRA, and Microsoft Project., * Responsible for the design, development, and execution of tests for products (hardware, software, systems) to ensure quality, functionality, and reliability.
Create detailed test plans, strategies, and procedures based on requirements.
Develop specific test cases and scripts for various tests (functional, performance, security, etc.).
Execute tests, monitor development and production processes, and manage controlled testing environments.
Identify, document, report, and track software/hardware and product defects.
Collaborate with development teams, process engineers, and management to provide insights and suggest improvements.
Analyze test results, document findings, and prepare/present test engineering work products to internal and external customers.
Interact daily with technical leads, program managers, planners, technicians, and other engineers.
Drive tasks to completion independently while collaborating with colleagues and customers.
Travel up to 15% in support of project execution and testing.

Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 2+ years
Total Compensation: $188k+ yearly (tentative), * Experience with hardware and/or software integration, managing requirements derivation and allocation, or architecture design.
Proficient in executing test engineering tasks including requirements analysis, design review support, formal validation planning, test, verification, and risk management.
Experience with DOORS, JIRA, and MagicDraw (or equivalent) is preferred.
Strong writing and presentation skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Active Secret Clearance preferred; Secret eligibility required.
