Job description
Stellar IT Solutions is seeking motivated and passionate AWS Data Engineers to join our growing team and work on enterprise-level client projects. This is an excellent opportunity for entry level candidates and early-career professionals who want to build expertise in AWS cloud technologies, big data, and modern data engineering.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines on AWS.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using cloud-native technologies.
- Work with AWS services including S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, Athena, and CloudWatch.
- Develop data processing solutions using Python and SQL.
- Integrate data from multiple sources into cloud-based data platforms.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
- Follow best practices for data security, governance, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in Data Engineering, Cloud, or Software Development.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Python.
- Basic understanding of AWS Cloud services.
- Familiarity with ETL concepts and relational databases.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with PySpark or Apache Spark.
- Knowledge of AWS Glue, Redshift, Lambda, EMR, or Athena.
- Familiarity with Git and Linux.
- AWS Cloud certifications are a plus.
