Job description
SuccessFactors EC Payroll Integration Analyst, We are seeking a skilled SuccessFactors Integration Analyst to design and manage end-to-end integrations. This role involves working alongside an implementation partner to ensure timely and efficient integration design, development, testing, and deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SuccessFactors EC Payroll, an integrations background, and experience in design and implementation projects., * Work alongside the implementation partner on integration solutions.
- Analyze and document current integrations for the technical team, including as-is/to-be analysis.
- Understand and document what data and fields are being sent to the payroll vendor.
- Create a design document with a focus on detail for integrations.
- Develop test scripts and test cases for the new design.
- Perform manual testing of the new integration design.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to define data requirements, timelines, error handling mechanisms, and SLA expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure integrations meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
Requirements
Experience: Must have experience in design and implementation projects, not solely support. The role is not for a Lead position and is best suited for a candidate with under ten years of relevant experience.
Technical Skills: A strong understanding of SuccessFactors EC Payroll is required. An integrations background is necessary, though it does not need to be development-focused. Must have demonstrated high-level written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or Dell Boomi.
- Familiarity with Workforce Software modules (e.g., Time, Absence, Scheduling).
