Requirements

Bachelor's degree in education, Organizational Development, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in training delivery, learning and development, or instructional facilitation, preferably in enterprise technology implementations

Demonstrated experience delivering training for large-scale ERP or CIS implementations in the utility industry

Hands-on experience implementing or training in Customer Information System (CIS) processes within utilities (customer service, billing, meter-to-cash, etc.)

Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Service & Sales Cloud - V2 (Version 2)

Practical experience with BDEx Application for business data exceptions, exception management, and operational workflows in SAP utilities environments

Experience with Metering Field Services or COSMIC (Metering Application), including metering processes, field operations, device management, and integration with CIS/SAP systems

Knowledge of adult learning methodologies, instructional design best practices, and delivery of instructor-led/virtual/blended programs

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools

Experience in utility, energy, or regulated industries is highly preferred

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
