Job description

We're looking for an experienced AI Integration Specialist / AI Integration Strategist to help shape and deliver an organization's enterprise AI/ML roadmap. In this role, you'll evaluate emerging AI capabilities (including generative AI), build practical adoption frameworks, and partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to turn strategy into execution-using a human-centered design approach that emphasizes user experience, responsible AI, and measurable value., * Build and support execution of enterprise AI/ML strategies and roadmaps aligned to organizational priorities and digital transformation goals

  • Research and analyze AI/ML trends, market landscape, competitors, and risks to inform investment and implementation decisions
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans and executive-ready communications
  • Design human-centered AI adoption frameworks (ethics, user needs, change management, human-AI interaction)
  • Create executive briefings, KPI frameworks, stakeholder engagement plans, and communications to drive adoption and demonstrate ROI

Requirements

  • 4+ years in strategic consulting or corporate strategy
  • 2+ years in AI/ML strategy, digital transformation, or healthcare technology implementation
  • 2+ years applying human-centered design to AI product development and/or change management
  • 3+ years building KPI/measurement frameworks (adoption, ROI, value realization) for AI initiatives
  • Experience supporting C-suite and senior stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies, generative AI, automation platforms, and enterprise implementation approaches
  • Strong communication skills-able to turn technical detail into executive-level stories and decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field, * AI/ML coursework or certifications
  • Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation
  • Partnerships/alliance management experience
  • Formal change management training/certification
