Job description
Training and Enablement:

Build and deliver training on new systems, workflows, and revenue cycle processes for office and central teams.

Create and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation, and drive adoption across locations.
Software Conversion and Implementation:

Lead conversions and migrations between practice management systems, including data migration, configuration, testing, and go-live.

Plan and run pilots and phased rollouts, standardizing setup and configuration across systems.
Analytics and Reporting:
-
Build and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting across the revenue cycle.
-
Measure performance before and after each implementation and use the data to prioritize process improvements.
-
Surface trends in denials, AR, and cash flow to leadership.
Project and Team Leadership:

Own project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication for each initiative.

Manage and mentor implementation and analyst staff and coordinate cross-functional resources as the function scales.
Requirements
beBright is seeking an experienced and organized RCM Implementation Manager., * Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in revenue cycle management with a strong project, implementation, or change-management track record.

Hands-on experience with practice management system conversions or software implementations.

Strong data and reporting skills, including building dashboards and analyzing performance metrics.

Experience developing and delivering training and documentation.
-
Demonstrated project or people leadership experience.
-
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-
PMP or comparable project management certification is a plus.
