Job description

We are seeking an IT Manager to lead our technology operations for the Della Auto Group. This pivotal role involves strategic oversight of our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless technology integration to support business objectives while fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency within the team., * Manage and optimize the IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability of services

  • Lead IT professionals, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and align IT initiatives with business goals
  • Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services
  • Monitor IT budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effective solutions
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for improvements and upgrades

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT management or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and cloud computing
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

  • Proficiency in network management, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems
  • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools
  • Strong knowledge of database management systems and data backup solutions
