Job description
As we continue to expand, we're looking for an Entry-Level IT Support & Systems to support our growing technology needs and help streamline internal processes. This is a hands-on, early-career role perfect for someone eager to gain real-world IT experience while also learning how digital tools, automation, and simple ERP-style systems keep a modern business running., Technical Support
- Provide first-level technical support for office staff and remote drivers
- Set up new workstations, desktops, and laptops (hardware configuration, software installation)
- Troubleshoot issues related to email, printers, Windows OS, basic networking, and software applications
- Assist with phone system support and basic VOIP troubleshooting
- Maintain company devices, including resetting passwords, updating systems, and tracking equipment inventory
- Assist with user onboarding and offboarding (device setup, logins, access credentials)
- Ensure antivirus and software updates are current across devices
- Document common issues and solutions in the internal IT knowledge base
- Escalate complex problems to outsourced IT vendor when needed
Systems & Automation Support
- Assist in maintaining Airtable bases and simple internal databases
- Help design or improve small-scale workflows or automations to reduce manual administrative tasks
- Support integration tasks using tools like Zapier, Google Workspace, or similar platforms
- Update and maintain data accuracy across operational systems
- Participate in basic system testing, reporting bugs or opportunities for improvement

Requirements
You will support day-to-day technology needs of office staff and field teams, maintain basic hardware and software systems, assist with workflow tools like Airtable or Google Workspace, and help create small automations that reduce manual work. You don't need years of experience-just a strong work ethic, curiosity, and a willingness to learn., Required:
- Basic understanding of IT fundamentals (hardware, software, networking)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Ability to troubleshoot common computer and printer issues
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Interest in databases, workflow automation, or IT systems
- Willingness to take initiative and learn on the job
Preferred but NOT required:
- Experience with Airtable, Google Workspace, or automation tools
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification (or actively working toward one)
- Exposure to Microsoft 365, Mac and Google Workspace admin tools
- Experience setting up workstations or supporting users in any environment
- Basic understanding of APIs or system integrations, Enjoys solving problems and helping others Wants real-world IT experience in a business environment Learns fast and isn't afraid to ask questions Prefers variety in their workday vs doing the same task repeatedly
