Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Media Data & Analytics Specialist to support media campaign performance through data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with agency partners. In this role, you will analyze brand and campaign data, prepare recurring performance reports, and help ensure campaigns are running efficiently by providing timely, accurate insights., * Analyze media and brand performance data to identify trends and optimize campaign results.
- Prepare and distribute monthly campaign performance reports for agency partners.
- Monitor campaign metrics and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting deadlines with accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate directly with agencies and internal teams to ensure campaign performance is tracked and communicated effectively.
- Maintain organized reporting processes and ensure data quality across all deliverables., 1. Data Collection: Gathering relevant account data from the EHR databases and spreadsheets

Data Cleaning: Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the collected data by removing duplicates, correcting errors, or handling missing values.

Data Analysis: Applying statistical methods to analyze the collected data and identify patterns or trends that can provide insights into account/brands overall performance within the EHR.

Performance Optimization: Using analytical findings to develop strategies for improving account performance metrics such as conversion rates, script lift and increase in. overall brand writers that will impact pharma's revenue growth.

Generating Reports: Creating reports and visualizations to communicate key findings and recommendations to agencies/pharma clients in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with media reporting, marketing analytics, or campaign performance analysis is preferred.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy., Technical Skills: advanced proficiency in excel and PowerPoint. You should be comfortable using the Microsoft Office Suite
The "Soft" Skills: You can speak "Data" and "Human." You have the confidence to present to external clients and the patience to dig through spreadsheets.
