Job description

  • Maintains appropriate records, files, and documentation
  • Responds to support requests and takes necessary steps to resolve problems
  • Documents support issues and solutions
  • Remote problem-solving through use of remote connection tools
  • Diagnoses Windows and PC hardware issues
  • Laptop, tablet, cell phone configurations and deployments
  • Basic troubleshooting of LAN and connectivity issues
  • Performs data migrations and assists in data restorations on local devices

  • Possesses an outgoing, amiable personality, and desire to help others
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledgeable in the Windows desktop environment

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask, * CompTIA A+ preferred; may be obtained within first year of employment, * Previous desktop support or IT helpdesk experience preferred
