Job description

  • Design and configure voice, chat, and digital interaction flows within Google CES CCaaS / CCAIP and Dialogflow CX to support intake, triage, routing, and self-service use cases.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Google CES CCaaS / CCAIP, ServiceNow, knowledge services, eligibility systems, external program systems, and reporting layers using APIs, middleware, event-based integration, and secure service interfaces.
  • Configure agent-assist, routing logic, playbooks, prompts, and orchestration patterns that improve customer experience and agent efficiency.
  • Support event capture and downstream data delivery to BigQuery and related reporting layers for analytics and operational measurement.
  • Define integration patterns, interface specifications, sequencing, and error-handling approaches for cross-platform data exchange and process orchestration.
  • Coordinate integration design and delivery across technical teams responsible for contact center, workflow, data, reporting, and external systems.
  • Validate end-to-end integration readiness, interface testing, monitoring needs, and cutover dependencies.
  • Resolve integration risks, dependency issues, and technical alignment gaps that may affect delivery or operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements, troubleshoot defects, and deploy enhancements using Agile and DevOps practices.

Requirements

  • Technical proficiency in Python or JavaScript, APIs, cloud concepts, Dialogflow CX, Google CES CCaaS / CCAIP, and ServiceNow integration patterns.
  • Experience with Agile / DevOps practices, test-driven delivery, customer interaction platform implementation, middleware, event-based integration, interface design, and enterprise system interoperability.

Pay: $57.80 - $69.61 per hour
