Job description
The IT Support Associate is a newly established performer that focuses on configuring and installing new digital signage and conference room technologies as well as supporting the existing device environment. This role will assist with managing and maintaining the current signage, Webex, and Kiosk environments.
What You'll Do:
· Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of audiovisual (AV) equipment for events, meetings, and presentations.
· Work on performance problems, upgrades, and application setup/implementation.
· Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
· Assist users with hardware and software issues, troubleshooting problems effectively.
· Travel to multiple locations to install/support AV systems.
· Maintain inventory including pulling orders, staging, loading delivering, and installing.
· Work on projects and assignments as part of a large work team.
· Assist in routine maintenance and testing of audiovisual equipment.
· Report any malfunctioning equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements.
· Maintain accurate documentation of AV setups, configurations, and issue resolutions.
· Assist in updating inventory records and equipment databases.
· Use applicable testing equipment to troubleshoot problems.
· Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
· 0-2 years' relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.

· High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
· Demonstrated ability to learn Microsoft Office Suite products.
· Understanding of control systems, video conferencing equipment, Digital Signage, Kiosks, and audio equalization preferred.
· Comfortable using power tools.
