Job description
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of Health Cloud and Service Cloud solutions supporting claims workflow and operational transformation.
- Perform hands-on coding with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), ensuring designs account for Salesforce Governor Limits.
- Architect scalable integrations using REST APIs, FHIR, Kafka, and enterprise event-driven patterns.
- Own end-to-end technical delivery, including solution design, estimation, code reviews, performance optimization, and release management.
- Lead and mentor global development teams, establishing Salesforce best practices, design standards, and governance.
- Ensure solutions comply with HIPAA, PHI, security, and audit requirements.
- Partner with Product, Architecture, and Data teams to drive scalable Salesforce and AI-enabled solutions.
- Champion the adoption of modern Salesforce capabilities, including Data Cloud and platform automation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience leading enterprise-scale implementations and delivery teams.
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits.
- Experience leading Agile/SAFe teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.
- Healthcare payer or provider domain knowledge, including claims, case management, or workflow automation.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Proficiency with Salesforce Flow and Platform Automation.
- Experience with Service Cloud and Health Cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Salesforce integrations, FHIR/HL7, and event-driven architecture (e.g., Kafka).
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, AutoRABIT/Copado).
Certifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building Agentforce solutions and AI-powered agents.
- Additional Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or an Architect certification.
