- Experience leading teams or workstreams and collaborating with cross functional partners, with the ability to influence peers, project stakeholders, and vendors
- Working knowledge of risk assessment and availability concepts for data centers or colocation environments; ability to contribute to availability modeling and resiliency planning
- Solid understanding of data center technologies and associated monitoring, environmental, and infrastructure management tools (e.g., power, cooling, telemetry, DCIM)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive issues to resolution
- Experience compiling and contributing to site assessments, infrastructure health evaluations, capital projects, and facility upgrade planning
- Ability to interpret, apply, and refine minimum technical requirements and standards to support evolving operational and business needs
- Working knowledge of root cause failure analysis related to critical systems equipment, including participation in incident investigations and corrective action development
- Experience coordinating with local utility providers to understand site power, cooling, and service constraints
