Requirements

  • 10+ years of UX Design experience.
  • Strong experience designing Web and Mobile applications.
  • Expertise in UX Research, Customer Journey Mapping, Wireframing, Prototyping, and User Validation.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma (or equivalent design tools).
  • Experience leading or mentoring UX/UI Designers.
  • Strong understanding of Design Systems and Accessibility (WCAG).
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and QA teams in Agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Loyalty, Rewards, E-commerce, or Membership platforms.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
