SAP PP/MM Business Systems Analyst

We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and manufacturing processes, along with working knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM). The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the SAP delivery team, leading project execution and driving solution design for manufacturing operations. Mandatory Skills SAP PP (Production Planning) SAP Manufacturing Processes SAP MM (Materials Management) Business Systems Analysis Stakeholder Management End-to-End Project Delivery, Lead SAP PP/MM project execution and collaborate with client stakeholders, delivery managers, and solution teams. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to production planning and manufacturing operations. Design and recommend SAP PP/MM solutions aligned with business objectives. Work closely with Lam''s Lead BSAs, business users, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. Drive requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution validation, and user acceptance testing. Coordinate with offshore and onsite teams throughout the project lifecycle. Provide functional expertise in production planning, manufacturing execution, inventory management, and material processes. Support issue resolution, process improvements, and system enhancements.

12+ years of SAP functional experience. Strong expertise in SAP PP and manufacturing processes. Good understanding of SAP MM processes. Experience leading large-scale SAP implementations or transformation projects. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a client-facing onsite role. Preferred Qualifications Experience in high-tech manufacturing/semiconductor industry. Prior experience working as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA). Experience collaborating with global delivery teams. Bay Area-based candidate preferred. SAP certifications are a plus (not mandatory).
