Business Intelligence Analysts

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Business Intelligence Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client's project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and interactive data visualizations for enterprise reporting.
2. Develop SQL queries, integrate data from multiple sources, and optimize data models for reporting and analytics.
3. Gather and analyze business requirements to deliver scalable business intelligence and reporting solutions.
4. Ensure data quality, validate reporting accuracy, and collaborate with stakeholders to support analytics and process improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

8+ years of experience developing Tableau dashboards, business intelligence solutions, SQL queries, and enterprise reporting applications.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements., 1. Experience supporting enterprise or government reporting environments.

2. Experience integrating data from enterprise systems and data warehouses.
