The Mandate

You will step into a specialist team of five, taking immediate ownership of high-availability, customer-facing systems. Your daily reality will be the orchestration of complex architectures, not the babysitting of broken legacy systems.

• Command the Virtual Realm: Drive the operation, maintenance, and relentless optimisation of high-availability environments, with a razor-sharp focus on Citrix.
• Master the Microsoft Landscape: Administer, refine, and secure Windows Server architectures (2016-2022).
• Application Orchestration: Manage critical Microsoft applications, including Exchange (ideally clustered) and MS SQL.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate seamlessly across Managed Hosting, Network, and Data Centre teams in an agile, fluid setup that rejects rigid, restrictive frameworks., 2.
