Analysis, Design, Planning and Implementation of optimized frontend and backend code ensuring you are in alignment with our standard methodologies, project and customer requirements Advancing and maintaining build processes and shipment of deliverables in reliable development cycles Finding simple and future-proof solution for sophisticated technical challenges Strengthen and apply coding guidelines, standards and best practices to ensure a maintainable codebase Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for features, code, APIs and architectural decisions where necessary Agile collaboration with a distributed and international team Exhibition of good and constructive communication skills in a remote setting You are not afraid to question the status quo, lead discussions and create ideas and solution spaces Make informed decisions that drive the success of the product Living the spirit of continuous learning and experimentation Contributing to an environment of open communication, collaboration, and mutual growth Demonstrating willingness to take ownership and accountability Understanding the big picture from code to customer needs
Requirements
Deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem, including Blazor and Entity Framework (WPF is a plus) Proficiency with relational databases such as MS SQL Server Strong knowledge of frontend development using WPF and/or Blazor, including HTML and CSS Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Experience working with containerized applications and cloud deployments Familiarity with monitoring and code quality tools such as Azure DevOps Advanced Security Solid understanding of UI/UX principles Ideally, knowledge of healthcare communication standards such as HL7, DICOM, and FHIR Ideally, experience in hardware device integration using communication protocols such as SSH and REST Strong English communication skills (C1 level) and good German language skills (minimum B1 level) Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
