Experteer Overview Envíe su CV y cualquier información adicional requerida después de haber leído esta descripción, haciendo clic en el botón de solicitud.In this role, you will design and architect agentic tax workflows powered by AI-ready data products and robust data engineering.You will operate at the intersection of tax domain knowledge, data architecture, and applied AI to enable scalable, trusted data for agents across clients and platforms.You'll shape reusable patterns and enable transformation of EY's tax technology landscape.This is a high-impact role that combines technical leadership with enterprise-scale delivery, offering exposure to PoCs, pilots, and large deployments.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Design agentic tax workflows, including task-level agent responsibilities, inter-agent and human-in-the-loop interactions, escalation models, and monitoring* Create reusable agent blueprints aligned to Lean task definitions and cutting-edge agentic design methodologies* Build and oversee AI-ready data marts with proper data grain, lineage, and quality controls to support reasoning* Lead data ingestion/transformation from ERP systems, tax platforms, semi-structured documents, and external data sources* Embed governance and security into agent/workflow design and ensure compatibility with client governance models* Architect deployable solutions for client environments and EY-hosted platforms while preserving reusable IP* Act as technical authority within the CoE and develop reference architectures, patterns, and accelerators* Support PoCs, pilots, and scaled deploymentsResponsabilidades* 15+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, and analytics, including SQL database design and data modelling* Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and AI tooling (Azure ML, Databricks, MLflow, LangChain, LangGraph)* Strong grounding in data modelling, governance, quality, and large-scale data integration* Hands-on AI/ML or advanced analytics in production environments xqbhyrx * Programming/scripting proficiency (C++, Java, Python) and ML libraries (PyTorch, PySpark, scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers)* Experience communicating with business stakeholders and data/AI engineers* Experience shaping technical strategy and operating models* Strong verbal and written communication, problem solving, and continuous learning mindset* Desirable: Tax technology/Finance platform experience; exposure to agentic AI concepts and cloud data platformsRequisitos principales* flexible environment* diverse and inclusive culture* globally connected teams* world-class experiences
