Job description
You will be part of the team responsible for operatingone of the largest and most complex hosting platforms in Europe .Your mission will be to ensure thestability, performance, and evolution of the Stretch platform , working directly on critical production systems and contributing to the continuous improvement of a highly distributed infrastructure.This is a strongly technical role with hands?on impact at scale, where your work will directly influence service quality and platform evolution.ResponsibilitiesOperation, maintenance, and evolution of large-scale Linux infrastructure.Advanced (Level 3) support for complex platform incidents.Automation of processes using scripting (BASH, Python) and infrastructure tools.Operation and management of distributed storage systems (Ceph).Monitoring and analysis of the platform using observability tools (Grafana and similar).Continuous improvement of system architecture and stability.Collaboration with international teams to absorb knowledge from legacy systems.Participation in on?call rotation(approx. 1 week every 6).Must have+3 years of experience in Linux systems administration and operations.Strong troubleshooting skills in complex production environments.Experience with scripting and automation using BASH, Python, Ansible or similar tools.Hands?on experience operating distributed storage systems such as Ceph.Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana.Solid understanding of Linux networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.Fluent English, required for international communication.Nice to haveExperience troubleshooting network issues using tools such as tcpdump.Knowledge of Linux networking concepts including routing, bonding, network namespaces, iptables/nftables and netfilter.Familiarity with large-scale networking concepts such as BGP, Anycast or service discovery technologies.Understanding of Linux internals, systemd and systemd?networkd.Experience operating large?scale distributed platforms or hosting environments.Hybrid working model across any of the Arsys offices in Logroño, Alcobendas, Valencia, Barcelona, or Seville,Broad flexible working hours (our offices are opened from 7.00 to )Opportunity to work on one of the most advanced and large-scale hosting platforms in Europe.Direct exposure to highly complex distributed systems at significant scale.Continuous training and professional development.Important discounts in our products and in recognizable brandsAt Arsys we value diversity and welcome all applications regardless of, for example, gender, nationality, ethnic or social origin, religion, disability, age, as well as sexual orientation and identity, physical characteristics, marital status or any other irrelevant factor subject to applicable law.#J--Ljbffr
Requirements
