As Founding Engineer, you'll help create a new AI-centric product from scratch inside Factorial, aiming to scale to 0-10M revenue quickly. You will join a small, fast-paced team with real runway and ownership from day zero, shaping a platform that integrates workflows, analytics, and onboarding in IT Management. You'll balance speed with reliability, delivering AI-powered features that users actually adopt. This role combines hands-on building with cross-functional collaboration in a high-growth environment that values impact and learning.
