EBRO SUV is looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant (Junior). This profile will join our Digital & CRM team and play a key role in supporting the implementation and continuous evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, the Project Manager and development teams to analyse business processes, gather and document business requirements, and translate them into functional solutions that support our digital transformation journey. The position requires strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to act as the bridge between Business and IT throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality CRM solutions are delivered to the business. Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyse business requirements through workshops and meetings with different business areas. Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation, automation and digital transformation. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams. Create and maintain Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Tasks and Bugs following Scrum methodology. Manage and maintain the Product Backlog in Jira, ensuring full traceability of requirements. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives. Work closely with development teams to clarify functional requirements and support implementation. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users and validate functional deliverables before Go Live. Maintain functional documentation, business process flows and solution documentation in Jira and Confluence. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors and technology partners throughout the project lifecycle. Support business users in the adoption of new CRM functionalities and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field. Fluent in English and Spanish. Previous experience in Functional Analysis, Business Analysis or CRM projects. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications. Experience creating User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and functional documentation. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Experience managing Product Backlogs and project tracking using Jira. Strong understanding of business process analysis and process improvement. Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Nice to Have: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant certification (or equivalent). Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service or Customer Insights. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate). Experience with Azure DevOps and/or Confluence. Basic understanding of system integrations and APIs. Previous experience in the automotive industry or dealer network projects. Experience working with implementation partners or consulting companies. Additional European languages.
