Job description

As our Change Lead, you will take ownership of the end-to-end Change Management process across IT Operations, ensuring changes are assessed, authorised, implemented and reviewed in a controlled and consistent way. You'll strike the right balance between pace, risk and control, helping to maintain service stability while enabling business change.

You'll lead governance activities including chairing Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, overseeing change schedules, and managing dependencies and conflicts. Working closely with Incident, Problem and Service Lifecycle teams, you'll ensure risks are understood and minimised. Requirements

  • Experience in Change Management, IT Service Management or IT Operations roles
  • Strong working knowledge of ITIL Change Management practices
  • Experience managing Change Advisory Board (CAB) or change governance processes
  • Experience using IT service management (ITSM) tools and change workflows
  • Demonstrable experience managing risk, prioritisation and competing demands in a change environment

You'll be organised and confident leading structured governance processes, with the ability to manage multiple changes while maintaining control and quality. You're comfortable working with technical teams and suppliers, ensuring changes are delivered safely and effectively.

You'll bring a proactive mindset, using data and insight to monitor performance and identify improvements. You take accountability for embedding consistent processes, reducing risk, and supporting continuous improvement across IT services.
