Job description

In this pivotal role, you'll help maintain the organisation's robust governance framework by ensuring risk registers, internal audits and assurance processes are accurately managed.

DAY TO DAY:

Supporting senior leaders and the Board in maintaining organisation-wide confidence and compliance, helping to keep things running smoothly and secure

Keeping risk registers current, supporting the review of risks and controls, coordinating audit schedules and tracking management actions

Assisting with fraud prevention initiatives and report on emerging trends from audits and incidents

Producing insightful reports and supporting regulatory submissions will also be part of your role

Spotting trends and emerging patterns, acting on these and ensuring follow up is tracked

Producing timely reports for the business

Developing relationships with key stakeholders across the business, probing around controls and understanding if they are relevant or need updating

Maintaining wider commercial awareness and business goals

Preparing for Quarterly audits

Strong administration skills with experience using systems to manage registers, actions, and reporting

Confident user of Microsoft Office applications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and handle sensitive issues tactfully

Attention to detail with a methodical approach to work
