Job description
The System Administrator provides front-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure efficient and effective use of company technology. This role is responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, maintaining IT equipment, and assisting users across the organization, * Administer, maintain, and support IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and networked systems
- Manage and optimize Microsoft Intune for endpoint provisioning, compliance, security policies, and application deployment
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure AD
- Provide technical support and escalation assistance for end-user hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Collaborate with teams to design and deploy PowerApps and Power Automate solutions that streamline business operations
- Monitor and maintain system performance, backups, and security compliance
- Identify opportunities to automate or improve existing IT workflows and processes
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of users, ensuring proper access and device setup
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in systems administration, desktop support, or similar IT roles
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and device management in an M365 environment
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server administration
- Experience creating or maintaining PowerApps or Power Automate workflows a plus
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and general networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.)
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirement
