Job description
- Configure, deploy, maintain, and support network infrastructure across branch offices, data centers, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Implement and administer LAN/WAN technologies, including MPLS, Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), and SD-WAN solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve network reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with internal technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to support network initiatives and operational requirements.
- Design and implement networking solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, security requirements, and industry best practices.
- Perform network performance monitoring, capacity planning, optimization, and compliance assessments.
- Support branch office deployments and infrastructure upgrades while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Experience deploying and supporting networking infrastructure for branch office environments across small, mid-sized, or large-scale organizations.
- Experience implementing network security controls and utilizing network monitoring and logging tools such as SolarWinds, LiveNX, ELK, or comparable platforms.
- Experience performing network performance analysis, optimization, reporting, and long-term capacity planning.
- Ability to travel as needed, up to approximately 35%, based on business requirements.
CORE COMPETENCIES
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Expertise in planning, configuring, and implementing Cisco LAN/WAN networking solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and multitasking capabilities with the ability to meet established deadlines., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Cisco certifications such as CCNA or CCNP.
- Experience with Cisco Wireless, Cisco SD-WAN, Software-Defined Access (SDA), or Meraki platforms.
- Knowledge of networking protocols and standards including VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), OSPF, BGP, DNS, and 802.1X.
