Job description

You are the person of contact for our Everllence PrimeServ workshop subsidiaries and local end customers in the region you are located to ensure professional technical consulting of our engine's turbocharger portfolio on site. You ensure regular and reliable communication within the regional PrimeServ Center's network and the local customers in respect to strengthen a pro-active on-site support from PrimeServ Turbocharger headquarters in Augsburg. You are fulfilling basic consulting tasks in respect to design, fit, form and function, repair and maintenance as well as the performance evaluation of the turbocharger application. You also support the HQ initially at root cause analysis. You are the local person of contact in view of claim management. You follow up on operational disturbances and answer enquiries from customers. Probable further prospects can be local training support and technical audits at our local hubs within your region. (TBD and based on future HQ decisions)

Requirements

  • Major in Marine Engineering, bachelor's degree in engineering or above,
  • Knowledge of combustion engines, supercharging and their applications in marine and power plant business
  • Preferable experience as instructor, warranty manager and/or coordinator experience
  • Alternatively experience in dealing with customers and customer service, experience in

project and claim management,

  • Experienced with Microsoft Office, Knowledge in SAP desirable
  • Fluent in English, orally and written
  • Communicative ability, self organization, assertiveness, negotiating skills,
  • High sense of responsibility, is able to make prompt decisions and weigh-up the consequences and risks of decisions.
  • Able to travel occasionally
