Implementation Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to manage employee benefits implementations, client onboarding, system setup, and renewal projects. • Employee Benefits industry experience REQUIRED (TPA, benefits administration, insurance, or brokerage)
• 2+ years of implementation, project coordination, or account management experience

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Experience working with benefits plans, enrollment data, COBRA, FSA, or related programs preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
