This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing Network Operations Center team while remaining hands-on with critical systems and infrastructure.

• 7+ years of experience in Network Operations Center (NOC), Systems Administration, or Infrastructure Operations environments \n

• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring technical teams \n

• Strong experience with Red Hat Linux administration and troubleshooting \n

• Experience supporting Windows Server environments \n

• Knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, and switching \n

• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and alerting platforms \n

• Strong incident management and escalation handling skills \n

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities \n

Desired Skills & Experience \n \n

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud \n

• Exposure to automation tools such as Ansible, PowerShell, or Bash scripting \n

• Experience with virtualization technologies including VMware \n

• ITIL certification or familiarity with IT service management processes \n

• Previous experience in a managed services or enterprise operations environment \n

• Security and compliance experience \n
