Requirements

Experience: 1-3 years of Relevant Industry Experience, * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Python for developing, testing, and deploying AI/ML models.
  • Working knowledge of PyTorch or similar deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, JAX) for building and training neural networks.
  • Basic Experience with computer vision libraries and tools (e.g., OpenCV, scikit-image, PIL) for image processing and analysis.
  • Understanding of deep learning architectures for detection and classification tasks, such as CNNs, YOLO, Faster R-CNN, or Vision Transformers.
  • Awareness of evaluation metrics for detection and classification tasks (e.g., mAP, precision, recall, F1-score, IoU).
  • Introductory grasp of handling imbalanced datasets and techniques like transfer learning or fine-tuning pre-trained models.
  • Optional: Completed coursework in artificial intelligence (AI) or related topics, including hands-on projects.
  • Optional: Performed research in or independent study on emerging AI trends and methodologies.
  • Optional: Exposure to Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) for object detection, including image formation and handling SAR data formats (CPHD, SICD, SIDD).
  • Optional: Interest in Gaussian Splatting for 3D scene reconstruction, with skills in optimizing rendering pipelines and integrating with tools like COLMAP.
  • Optional: Initial experience with Reasoning Models or LLMs, including fine-tuning for multimodal tasks.
  • Optional: Curiosity about optimized edge deployment using quantization, pruning, or frameworks (e.g., ONNX, TensorRT) for real-time ATR on resource-constrained devices., * 1-3 years of industry, internship, or academic experience in AI/ML software development, preferably in computer vision or related field.
  • Project experience implementing detection and classification models for imagery (e.g., object detection, image classification, semantic segmentation).
  • Familiarity with end-to-end ML pipelines, including data collection, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Basic use of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
  • Introductory experience deploying models in production environments using tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
