Project Manager / Scrum Master - Hybrid

As a Project Manager / Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading Agile teams and managing project delivery throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will facilitate Agile practices, coordinate project activities, manage project risks and schedules, and ensure successful delivery of business value. This role requires a strong combination of project management expertise, Agile leadership, stakeholder engagement, and team facilitation skills to drive high-performing teams and deliver technology initiatives within scope, budget, and timeline objectives., * Drive project delivery through all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Develop and maintain project plans, release plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Sprint Reviews, Story Refinement, and Release Planning.
• Track, monitor, and communicate project progress, risks, budget, schedule, and overall project health to stakeholders and leadership.
• Create and maintain an environment that enables Agile teams to operate effectively and efficiently.
• Identify and remove impediments that impact team productivity and project delivery.
• Protect Agile teams from unnecessary interruptions, distractions, and scope disruptions.
• Foster strong working relationships between Product Owners, team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Support Product Owners with backlog creation, prioritization, refinement, and management activities.
• Monitor and report team velocity, sprint metrics, and project performance indicators.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team effectiveness and delivery outcomes.
• Ensure Agile teams follow Scrum, Kanban, and organizational Agile best practices.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication across technical and business teams.
• Adhere to established project management governance, methodologies, and reporting requirements.
• Support process improvement initiatives and perform additional project management responsibilities as needed.

• Strong experience managing projects throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Expert knowledge of Agile project management principles, practices, and frameworks.
• Proven experience serving as both a Project Manager and Scrum Master on technology initiatives.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile team activities.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience creating and managing project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and resource allocations.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and manage customer expectations effectively.
• Experience helping Product Owners create, refine, and prioritize product backlogs.
• Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and team-building skills.
• Ability to establish accountability while maintaining team engagement and productivity.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Experience documenting business processes, system processes, and workflow improvements.
• Ability to balance competing priorities involving scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resources.
• Experience tracking and reporting project metrics, team velocity, and delivery performance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced Agile environments.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification required.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification required.
• SAFe Certification preferred.
• Experience working within the SAFe framework preferred.
