Job description

The Product & Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IT-related projects across Givenchy's digital and e-commerce ecosystem. This role bridges the gap between commercial ambitions, creative visions, and technical execution, overseeing developments across Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Farfetch (FF) integrations, and core backend data systems (PIM/DAM).

The ideal candidate will manage the technical roadmap, ensure stable integration across luxury multi-tenant architectures, and lead cross-functional delivery teams to launch high-impact digital experiences on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards., IT Project & Product Delivery

  • Platform Development (SFCC & Shopify): Manage the development pipeline, feature releases, and technical optimization of global web platforms (SFCC) and agile, regional, or brand-activation hubs (Shopify).
  • Concession & Concession Integration (Farfetch): Oversee the technical delivery and maintenance of API integrations, inventory syncing, and order management flows supporting global concessions on Farfetch.
  • Systems Management (PIM & DAM): Own the roadmap and integrations for Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, ensuring a seamless flow of enriched data and visual assets to all e-commerce endpoints.
  • Agile Methodology Leadership: Lead sprint planning, define user stories, groom backlogs, run daily stand-ups, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure smooth release cycles.

Strategic Roadmap & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Translate Business to Technical Requirements: Partner with Digital Content, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations to translate commercial goals into technical specifications and development roadmaps.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Collaborate with system integrators, development agencies, platform vendors (Salesforce, Shopify), and LVMH Group IT to ensure deliverables meet security, scalability, and quality guidelines.
  • Risk & Resource Management: Identify technical dependencies, mitigate project bottlenecks, and allocate development resources effectively to prevent project delays.

Platform Performance & Governance

  • Maintain Platform Integrity: Monitor system uptime, API health, data-syncing accuracy, and technical debt across the entire e-commerce tech stack.
  • Process Optimization: Implement improved workflows and governance to increase development speed, platform scalability, and security compliance.
  • Data Accuracy & Governance: Partner with merchandising and digital content teams to guarantee that product catalogs, media assets, and regional pricing sync flawlessly through PIM/DAM to front-end platforms.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or project management roles within an e-commerce or IT e-commerce environment.
  • Bilingual french / english
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, adaptability, and strategic thinking to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
