Job description
- As a Senior SAP F&R / UDF Consultant, you ensure that forecasting and replenishment processes within Jumbo's SAP Supply Chain landscape operate at their best. You translate business needs into stable and scalable SAP solutions, improve processes, and contribute to high product availability, minimal waste, and efficient inventory management.
- You will be part of an agile DevOps team within the SAP Supply Chain domain, focused on Forecasting & Replenishment (F&R) and Unified Demand Forecast (UDF). Together with developers, testers, gatekeepers, and product owners, you will work on reliable and future-proof supply chain solutions.
- With your expertise, you help Jumbo ensure that the right products are available at the right time. By continuously improving forecasting and replenishment processes, you directly contribute to our stores, distribution centers, and millions of customers.
- You will work closely with colleagues across Forecasting, Supply Chain, Commercial, Store Operations, Logistics, Data & Analytics, and IT. In addition, you will regularly collaborate with external SAP specialists and implementation partners, acting as the bridge between business and IT., As a Senior SAP F&R / UDF Consultant, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and further developing forecasting and replenishment processes within Jumbo's SAP Supply Chain landscape. You will ensure that SAP F&R and UDF continue to meet business needs while supporting accurate demand forecasting, high product availability, and efficient inventory management.
You will translate requirements from Forecasting, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams into practical SAP solutions and analyze incidents and structural issues within the F&R and UDF domain. In doing so, you will continuously improve processes, system settings, and integrations with surrounding SAP applications.
Working closely with development, support, and operational teams in a DevOps environment, you will help maintain a stable and future-proof landscape. You will monitor and optimize batch processes, interfaces, and message flows, while supporting integration, regression, and end-to-end testing, as well as go-live, cutover, and hypercare activities.
You will also actively participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies such as sprint planning, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives. Through your expertise, you will continuously contribute to improvements in processes, systems, and ways of working within the forecasting and replenishment domain. Profile
Requirements
- An experienced SAP Consultant with a strong background in retail supply chain processes.
- Highly experienced in SAP Retail, SAP SCM, or SAP F&R within a complex retail or supply chain environment.
- Deeply knowledgeable in SAP Forecasting & Replenishment (F&R) and UDF.
- Strong in analyzing complex end-to-end supply chain issues and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Experienced with integrations between SAP F&R/UDF and systems such as SAP Retail and SAP S/4HANA.
- Familiar with functional specifications, refinement, acceptance criteria, testing, and validation.
- Experienced in DevOps and Agile/SAFe ways of working.
- A team player who easily collaborates across business, IT, and external partners.
- A strong communicator who can explain complex topics clearly and effectively.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP CAR and the position of UDF within the SAP CAR architecture.
- Knowledge of PMR (Promotion Management for Retail).
- Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging.
- Experience with Fiori apps, roles, catalogs, and authorizations.
- Experience with performance analysis and monitoring of large data volumes within forecasting and replenishment processes.

- A gross salary between €6.000 - €7.700 per month (based on 40 hours).
- An annual bonus of max 10% of your annual salary, based on organizational goals.
