Answer questions on system functionality and/or configuration

Analyzing complex business requests and interpreting them for internal engineering teams and external IT and business staff

Triaging, recreating, and documenting issues to provide detailed problem descriptions for coordination with engineering or product management
-
Working with Clients to obtain business and technical specifications to help implement next generation software solutions
-
Understand the importance of customer relations and supporting software users
-
Work with various team members to satisfy business requirements and provide solutions to software requests
-
Create documentation that clearly demonstrates proper methodology and/or enhancement to be delivered solves the business problem reported
-
Participating in the configuration, enhancement, and testing phases associated with software development and implementation
-
Working closely with our software engineering teams to integrate release software into Client environments
-
Providing guidance and mentoring for less experienced consultants
-
Participating in company building exercises, such as recruiting or delivery of internal training courses
-
Ensuring successful completion of personal and team deliverables
-
Complete administrative tasks required to track request through lifecycle

Curate Knowledge Base content
-
And other duties as assigned.
Requirements
This individual will be a member of a team focused on providing functional assistance and timely, effective solutions to complex business scenarios through the knowledge and application of Quorum's oil and gas software applications. The individual should have a strong desire for continuous learning and growth of technical and functional skills with the aspiration to leverage these skills to provide a positive customer experience. The role requires extensive interactions with customers via written and verbal communications., * Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business or related disciplines that have an analytical component

Aspiration or work experience in cost accounting, revenue accounting, and/or financial systems

Related work experience with Quorum softwares is strongly preferred
Benefits & conditions
- In accordance with applicable pay transparency requirements, including Directive (EU) 2023/970 and relevant local implementing laws, the expected salary range for this role is €45,500 - €60,600. This range reflects the anticipated base pay for the position at the time of posting and may vary based on objective, job-related criteria such as skills, experience, qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal equity.
