Senior Engineering Lead - Cloud & Infra - VP

We are looking for a senior engineer lead who will manage the global engineering teams responsible for the enterprise scheduling and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) platforms, including Ansible, Terraform, Autosys, and emerging orchestration products such as Airflow. This role drives technology strategy, platform delivery, vendor engagement, and customer adoption across the firm., > Lead Global Engineering Teams: Manage and develop high performing engineering squads focused on scheduling, automation, and IaC platforms.

Architecture & Delivery: Define strategy, architecture, and roadmap; oversee design and implementation of scalable, resilient enterprise automation platforms. Vendor Partnership: Manage relationships with key vendors, including raising support issues, feature requests, license needs, and roadmap alignment. Customer Engagement: Work with internal customers to prioritize features, enable onboarding to modern platforms, and coordinate migrations off legacy systems. Production Stability: Partner with Operations teams to ensure reliable, secure, and well supported production environments., Certified Persons Regulatory Requirements: If this role is deemed a Certified role and may require the role holder to hold mandatory regulatory qualifications or the minimum qualifications to meet internal company benchmarks.

Extensive experience in enterprise technology, platform engineering, and large scale infrastructure solutions. Proven background in architecture and delivery in large scale platforms. Strong experience managing vendors and influencing product direction. Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders.
