Senior Software Developer

• Develop AI agents and workflows
• Create AI Training and Testing harness to ensure AI determinism
• Design, develop, and deploy offline semantic memory databases for AI systems
• Architect and deploy AI containers with full model weights, ensuring GPU compatibility and secure execution
• Design, develop, and implement deterministic scripts for pre-flight procedures, aligning with Fleet Support Equipment (SE) requirements
• Oversee the development of SW test environments and validate AI responses through lab and ground testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with GFE documentation and air-gapped security protocols
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to technical standards
• Develop, implement, and manage all Software Requirements.
• Monitor and track Contracts Deliverable Requirements Lists (CDRLs).

Integrated Program Solutions, Inc. is seeking to hire a full-time Senior Software Developer in a hybrid compacity located at Patuxent River, MD. Selected candidate must be willing to support 2 - 3 days onsite at the client location. The Senior Software Developer will lead the development and integration of AI tools and agent systems onto self-contained edge devices to ensure secure, air-gapped deployment and compliance with government standards. This role involves overseeing the development lifecycle, optimizing AI workflows, and ensuring system reliability. Selected candidate will possess strong attention to detail, professional communication skills, self-motivation, and a commitment to excellence., * Familiarity with DOW Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG)

• Familiarity with NIST 800-53 Controls
• Familiarity with the FIPS 199 publication and determination of System Baseline, * BA or BS degree and 5+ years of experience
• Expertise in AI development, containerization (Docker or Podman preferred, experience with Kubernetes also suitable), and GPU optimization
• Familiarity with Vector Databases (Qdrant
• Strong interpersonal, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Strong proficiency with the following core programming languages:

• Python
• SQL (MySQL, SQLite, or PostgreSQL experience preferred)

Security Clearance:

Due to the requirements of this contract, U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a TS SCI clearance is required. Active TS SCI Clearance is preferred.
