Job description
This role is responsible for researching, planning, designing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise software, database, and clinical information systems across the organization. The position participates in (and sometimes leads) implementations and upgrades and supports the Electronic Health Record (EHR), clinical, financial, and specialized applications. It works closely with senior leadership, IT teams, vendors, and end users to analyze system needs and recommend solutions that align with organizational strategy and business objectives. The role ensures environments provide high reliability, performance, security, and scalability to meet current and future needs. For specific individuals, responsibilities could include database architecture and administration, system performance monitoring, security design, and disaster recovery planning. The position supports process improvement initiatives, provides staff training, and participates in ongoing system evaluation and optimization. Active collaboration with application development, operations, and other teams is required, along with full participation in the hospital's mission, demonstration of core values, and support of strategic goals and the Performance Improvement Process (PIP).
Requirements
Education/Training/Experience: REQUIRED:
- Application Analyst III - Certified:
- 5 years of relevant experience required
PREFERRED:

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

License/Certifications/Special Requirements:
- Official Certification from EMR/ERP System Required
