Job description
The Systems Educator III designs, develops, and delivers training and development programs to all levels of end users, to enable them to effectively use the information technology tools and applications required to perform their jobs. This position partners with end users and application groups to analyze training needs and design documentation, classes, workshops, and computer-based training to support Franciscan Alliance. The Educator delivers training to a variety of audiences, understanding, and applying adult learning principles. This position provides a set of products and services that enable Franciscan to collect, organize, and access various types of knowledge, and actively participates in projects related to educational needs for the organization., * Training Delivery Delivers instruction to a variety of audiences, understanding and applying adult learning principles.
- Program Development Collaborates with other Franciscan Alliance Educators to test and update curriculum/training materials, create, analyze, and develop the Master Training Environment.
- Training Material Development Creates materials to provide on-the-job assistance, support self-paced or instructor-led learning including but not limited to student workbooks, instructor manuals, and course exercises.
- Training Development Designs and develops tools that measure and record the student's mastery of learning objectives using industry standard development principles and continuous improvement processes.
- Training Project Management Actively participates in projects related to educational needs for the organization.
- Assessment Performs learner, goal and task analysis in order to define appropriate training solutions and identify any non-training issues.
- Continuous Improvement Works with the training staff and end users to evaluate the overall effectiveness of curriculum/educational materials in the training environments and act on recommendations for improvements.
- Data Analysis Conducts analysis and uses industry-standard practices to create a concept for layout and presentation of information in a way that takes into consideration user specific needs and mental paths.
- Team Development Assists in the onboarding, training, credentialing, and mentoring of new/less experienced IS Educators.
Requirements
- Required High School Diploma/GED
- Preferred Associate's Degree Relevant Field of Study
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree Relevant Field of Study
- 5 years Relevant work experience Required
- Instructor Application Credentialing - . as organizational needs dictate
- EPIC Certified or Accredited - EPIC as organizational needs dictate
